New Delhi: With the help of the five wicket haul by T Thushara, Sri Lanka restricted India from setting a huge target and bundled out the visitors for just 258 runs in the fourth ODI of the Idea Cup at Premadasa stadium in Colombo. Earlier, India won the toss but after a descent start team India faced set back as Gautam Gambhir and Yuvraj Singh got out in a quick succession. Yuvraj who was out for a duck became the 400th victim of Chaminda Vaas. However, skipper M S Dhoni and Suresh Raina consolidated the inning well and added 143 runs for the fourth wicket.

The duo played attacking game and kept the score card moving. They kept the Lanka bowlers at bay as they were seen toiling to break the partnership. After scoring 76 runs, studded with six boundaries and a six, Raina became the second victim of Thushara. Eight runs later, Dhoni joined him in the dressing room after being caught by Jayasuriya off Thushara. He scored a commendable 71 runs in 104 deliveries.

After the dismissal of Raina and Dhoni, Sri Lanka made a stunning comeback in the game and dismissed the visitors for 258. At one point of time the visitors were looking to score more than three hundred runs but Tushara struck and contained them from setting a huge target.
