Almost for last couple of months there has been a nerve wrecking exercise of speculations about the new incumbent to the gubernatorial Rashtrapati Bhavan. There is much ado and fuss about the candidates who have been in the fray for the post. Almost all political, caste as well as religious calculations are being tried before the political parties declare their candidates.
