New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is reported to have developed abdominal pain and has been rushed to Nanavati hospital in Mumbai for check up. This has come as a big shock to his fan all over the country as they were celebrating Bachchan's birthday today. Amitabh is reported to be suffering from stomach cramp and pain for a long time and since last night he was feeling unwell. After the pain aggravated this morning, the actor was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.
Large number of fans were seen outside Amitabh's house, 'Pratiksha' this morning who converged there to wish their favorite actor on his birthday. But they got tensed as they saw Amitabh being taken to hospital in the ambulance.
Earlier, the actor was diagnosed to be suffering from colitis in 2005 when he was admitted to Leelavati hospital for more than a month. The actor also had a fight with death when he sustained major injury near his abdomen while shooting an action scene in the movie Coolie in 1983.
